About the Founder:
Mike Aidala is a performance and mindset coach with 15+ years of experience helping people show up at their best—on the field, at work, and at home. He partners with professional athletes, creative leaders, and senior executives, blending evidence-based tools with real-world habits to deliver clear goals, consistent action, and sustainable results through his company, The Offense.
His work has appeared in Men’s Health, GQ, Men’s Journal, Muscle & Fitness, and Well+Good. Mike is also a world-record-holding strength athlete (including the heaviest Turkish Get-Up) and a Garmin-sponsored ultra-endurance athlete. He has completed 20+ ultramarathons and once paddleboarded 82 miles from the Bahamas to Florida.
Committed to continuous mastery, Mike is completing advanced graduate work in Applied Positive Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania, deepening the scientific backbone behind the measurable outcomes he delivers.
Mike is also a lifetime athlete who is constantly pushing his body, mind and spirit.
